The CW has exactly one show returning where we left it last May. As you're most likely aware, The CW doesn't play on the weekends, so it's just five nights for the netlet. A renovated Monday takes 90210 from Tuesday and pushes Gossip Girl back an hour. Perfect pairing. Two (albeit very different) shows with female doctors as leads cover Tuesday. Hart of Dixie, somewhat of a surprise returnee, and the new Emily Owens, M.D. Doctor overload? Sci-fi Wednesday with Arrow and Supernatural is a good pairing. As is the sole scheduling survivor, The Vampire Diaries and the re-whatever of Beauty and the Beast. Friday is for models and ass-kicking hot spies with Nikita.

They won't compete on a numbers level with the other four networks and their three new offerings don't really thrill me. Two of the three noobs won't see the end of the season, no less a season two. Just not quite sure which two.
