CBS: Everyone else wants to be us, they just won't admit it.
The Eye brings two shows back from its slate from last year. One of them is 2 Broke Girls and it slides into the comedy flagship slot on Monday as the anchor for the night. The new Partners leads in and should do a fine job getting folks from How I Met Your Mother to the Girls. Wednesday returns unchanged, while Sunday swaps the now-cancelled CSI: Miami for The Mentalist (a great pairing with The Good Wife). Tuesday has the 2-hour NCIS Beast and adds the new Vegas. Another perfect grouping. Two and a Half Men moves to Thursday to create a comedy hour with The Big Bang Theory. Person of Interest, the other sophomore series to return, is followed by the new Elementary. Friday's the only possible shaky night with CSI: NY starting things off, followed by the new Made in Jersey. If CSI: NY falters (which is definitely possible), it could hurt Made In Jersey and even Blue Bloods.

The other networks still wish they could get the total viewers CBS does, even if they won't ever admit they care about anything other than 18-49. CBS still does it like it was done "back in the day" and it's working just fine. Partners will be in the running with Fox's The Mindy Project for "winning" sitcom on this new season.
