→ Sunday, we've got five nets online and a "problem," "The Sopranos." "60 Minutes" and "The Simpsons" are the overall favorites. Nothing else is a lock. "Alias" made a name for itself against "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" last season and paired well with "The Practice." This season, with HBO launching Season 4 of "The Sopranos." on Sep 15, it could be a different story for all parties. "Boomtown" will also make "The Practice" think twice. "American Dreams" should outpace the CBS comedies. Fox' new comedies for Sunday don't appear that strong at the start. The WB dramas will draw their core audiences, but I don't see them making any amazing gains.

The night is up for grabs for everyone except the WB.
