→ Friday could be a race that includes the WB. They've got a strong comedy lineup that will compete against the video, dramas and newsmags. "Providence" will feel some hit from the moved "48 Hours Investigates" while "Firefly" should get a strong initial following. For those not watching "Dateline," the 9p hour will be a three-horse race and I expect "Hack" to take the early lead due to its "48 Hours" lead in. I expect "That Was Then" to take over shortly thereafter. 10p pits "Law & Order: SVU" against CBS' new "Robbery Homicide Division." "RHD" will perform better in that slot that predecessors, but wont' prevail. The night is NBC's, but it's far from a lock. Even the WB could make strong gains here. |
