The CW. Dawn Ostroff, President
With only two new shows on the slate, the CW is arguably the most stable network on TV. Their numbers never approach the Big 4, but they are drawing the audience demos they want. Gossip Girl draws a whole lot of buzz for a show with such small numbers, but pairs well with 90210. Life Unexpected was a bit of a surprise return, but a good one. A little hard to believe that Smallville hits its 10th and final season.

Last season saw three new entries and of those, only The Vampire Diaries is back.

I predict a rocky time for Hellcats and a surprise upside to Nikita.
