opinions
Joey, I'm sorry, Joseph Lawrence has performed nicely in "American Dreams," but as a billed cast member? Doesn't that make this jump the shark before the motorcycle revs? Seems cute enough, but then again, a little like it's been done. Margo Harshman was great in "Even Stevens" and who can forget Sasha Barrese on "Just Shoot Me" as Nina's, um, attractive granddaughter? (Evidently, just me.) Concept seems plausible enough and for any chance, it needs to move.
This show could be called "What I Like About You, You and You." The big difference here is that there are three older and allegedly more mature siblings taking care of the teenager, instead of just one. Seeing Joseph "Whoa" Lawrence playing an authority figure will take some getting used to, but it's good to see Kyle Howard, who was one of the best parts of the underrated "Grosse Pointe," back on screen.
my thoughts on "Run of the House"
Improbable full season. The WB owns part, so I'm not sure how long the leash is. Terrible slot, I'd prefer it following "Reba" on Friday.
