	i opine... Besides stating the obvious about Gail O'Grady being hot, there's doesn't seem to be much to say about this sitcom. Comedy seems one-note and kind of forced.

	the breakdown   It gets the latest start of any new fall series, and even if its only sitcom competition is from WB's "Living With Fran," it's horrible slot to launch. Watch fast, I don't expect to see this for a long time.
