Celebrity-chef Freddie Moreno's (Freddie Prinze Jr.) Chicago bachelor pad is overrun with women. Unfortunately for his swinging lifestyle, they're all family: his widowed, irresponsible sister-in-law (Madchen Amick), his bossy divorced sister (Jacqueline Obradors), his teenage niece (Chloe Suazo) and his disapproving grandma (Jenny Gago), who speaks only Spanish. abc.png

i opine...
It's your typical sitcom premise, in a TV world where that is seemingly all-but dead. That could precisely be why this seems fresh: no gimmicks, no voiceover, no ghosts. A good cast with Freddie leading the charge. Looks like it will fit into ABC's sitcom family just fine.
the breakdown
At least 13, more than likely a full season. The slot is relatively weak and there'll be sampling as it leads into "Lost."
