Emily Sanders is a successful young woman with terrific taste, great friends and a fabulous job in publishing. She didn't get to this place in life by accident. She worked hard and always followed a set of self-imposed guidelines referred to as the "Reasons" -- reasons why not to take that new job offer, reasons why not to tell a vacation fling to look you up if he's ever in Los Angeles, reasons why not to trust your crafty, back-stabbing former assistant, Glitter Cho. However, when Emily crosses professional lines and gets involved with the roguishly handsome, two-timing author of their new bestseller, there's no denying that somewhere along the way her internal GPS system crashed. She's got to get back on track, and once again be heedful of the trustworthy reasons that help her navigate her way through life. abc.png

i opine...
Oooh, goodie: Another single camera "sitcom" with a voiceover track. That was my first thought. Heather Graham is hot, funny and talented, so there's a chance. Unfortunately, the clips ABC provided make me feel like I'm watching "Sex in the City" all over again. ABC even used the phrase "...this smart and stylish comedy explores life, love and sex in the city from an independent woman's point of view." It's midseason entry, that feels like a clone.
the breakdown
Probable full 13, but I wouldn't expect more. It's slot isn't that wonderful, more than likely debuting against an early episode of "24" as well as CBS' now-flagship comedy, "Two and A Half Men." ABC hasn't had a successful Monday night comedy in a long time and I don't think this is the one to break that trend.
