my take I'm a little surprised it took this long. NCIS is actually a JAG spinoff that has been a solid hit for CBS, even up against the Idol Deathblossom. Now we're going to visit the Office of Special Projects, a division of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) based in Los Angeles. They track and presumably capture the really bad guys. Chris O'Donnell, LL Cool J and their team should deliver solid numbers for CBS Tuesday and strengthen the night. It's essentially the guaranteed hit of the season.
