my take It's a mix of Ghost Whisperer and Cold Case, with a splash of Bones. A doctor, who is a self-proclaimed past-life detective (yes, really) is paired with a retired NYPD detective to help tortured souls who've possibly been reincarnated. They look for clues to see if your "now" is due to your past. Suspension of disbelief aside, the clip Fox offered really looked compelling. It would make a great pairing with Fringe.
