At 19, whiz-kid law grad "Skip" Ross (Jay Baruchel from Undeclared) passed the bar before he could get served in one. No firm will hire him, so he reluctantly goes to work for boozehound burnout Grant Cooper (Don Johnson). Before you know it, Skip's idealism - "Why don't we start trying to win?" - begins to reawaken Grant's passion for justice.

i opine...
This has got Don Johnson (and the Bruckheimer pedigree) going for it. Unfortunately, Johnson's playing a seemingly very cranky character, which might not entice fans. That and, as I said over on its page, the other mismatched lawyer show, "Head Cases" is over on Fox. Take your pick.
the breakdown
This is definitely last on the list for the slot. The Bruckheimer connection buys it some time.
