A radio shock jock's new family has him walking around professional landmines. If he makes fun of his home life, his wife gets mad. However, if he talks about the joys of new fatherhood, his boss gets upset that he's lost his edge. [UPN link]

opinions
I've got a secret, don't tell anyone: I actually like Dan Cortese. The rest of the cast is good, but this one screams cancel me. It reminds me of a midseason replacement that should never have been made.
Dan Cortese is all grown up, sort of. He's shelved his annoying "dude" shtick, which can only be a good thing, but he still gets to act out by playing a radio shock jock. UPN says this comedy did great with test audiences, but the trailer at the upfront relied heavily on crude sex jokes and the now-cliched guy-accidentally-drinks-breast-milk gag.
my thoughts on "Rock Me Baby"
Life support, at best. UPN serves up these sitcoms each year as if they were sacrifical lambs. The casts are competent, but the premises are usually one-noters. Every year. This is this year's candidate.
